Hickory alum and Purdue committee Luke Lewis, Scranton Prep's Nick Solfanelli and Selinsgrove's Courtney McCartney will represent PA at the Chicagoland Throws Event on July 11! The trio of throwers are all sitting with US#6 marks in their respective events. Lewis has a season's best of 65-6.50 from May 8 at the Mercer Country Invitational and won the elusive gold medal at states to cap off the state meet. McCartney threw 49-0.25 on her way to winning the state gold medal and her mark is the best mark in the shot put in PA since 2008. Solfanelli threw a US#6 and lifetime best 214-5 to finish 2nd at the New Balance Outdoor National Championships in mid June.

Good luck to the PA trio! You can find results of today's event at this link!
