Location: Briarwood camp is located on a 30 acre facility in scenic Bucks County. The camp is 8 miles south of New Hope, PA; 10 miles north of Philadelphia, and only 90 miles south of New York City.

About the Camp: The goal at Hawk Harrier Cross Country camp is to better prepare high school cross country and distance runners for their seasons.

Cal U Cross Country Camp

The Cal U Cross Country Camp has been attended by Footlocker finalists, NXN finalists, and multiple state champions. It is an educational camp which is extremely valuable to all distance athletes from the 800m to the 5000m.
Campers learn about nutrition, sports psychology, lifestyle habits, injury prevention, sports science, and much more!
Campers may engage in hill training, interval and running workouts, and aqua jogging. In addition, each camper will be evaluated by our renowned strength and conditioning staff, and taught a mobility and strengthening program.
CAMPERS WILL NOT BE FORCED TO COMPLETE ANY TRAINING. This is not a “get fit in a week” camp. Our goal is to help kids learn what it takes to succeed while staying happy and healthy throughout their entire season.
Our staff includes a registered nutritionist and professional Ironman triathlete, certified Athletic Trainers and lecturers, multiple NCAA All-Americans, and multiple NASM certified coaches.
Campers will also be taught Good Form Running by Olympian Grant Robison.
Our 2015
Guest Speaker will be
Khadevis Robinson. Khadevis is a 2-time Olympian, 8-time US Champion, and
remarkable motivator.
Campers receive a 35% discount from Elite Runners and
Walkers on ANY pair of in-stock shoes.
The total cost for the camp, which includes instruction, meals, lodging and camp t-shirt is $450 per overnight camper and $375 per commuter camper.
Coaches of teams with five or more campers can attend for free. Teams with five or more campers will receive a $25 discount per camper.

Shippensburg University are some of the most well established and well respected Track & Field/Cross Country Camps in Pennsylvania.
Combined attendance is well over 450+ student-athletes yearly for our 4 camps. Our camps are constructed so anyone from beginners to state champions can benefit.
Our camps are designed to be learn by doing. No boring lectures or speakers. There is no better way to learn our sport but by doing the dynamic movements. Talks will focus on Nutrition, College Recruitment and topics that actually apply to your sport.
Our focus is on teaching your son/daughter skills and training programs that will help them become better athletes once they return to home to train for their competitive seasons.
