The TFCAofGP didn't generate any PA#1s, but all throughout the track and the field, there were some very solid performances as some of the top athletes in PA get ready for a much bigger meet in almost one week.

Upper Darby's Marcques Gibbs jumped 45-7 in the triple jump for the win. His teammate Mason Weh won the 60m hurdles in 8.10.

Central Bucks East won the DMR unconventionally. The Patriots with Jake Brophy on the anchor 1600m leg, ran a 10:34.43 in the first heat. That time turned out to be the best of the day, after Cardinal O'Hara's 10:36.32 wasn't faster.

The mile went out hard and stayed that way.Pennridge's Tucker Desko took the lead from the start and fended off some great performances behind him turned in by Upper Merion's Noah Falasco (4:21.90) and Souderton's Connor McMenamin (4:22.18). Desko clocked a 4:20.52 for the win.

In the 800, Malvern Prep's Colin Wills won in a very quick 1:57.48, proving his fitness is coming together at just the right time. Quakertown's Brett Wolfinger was second with a time of 1:58.15. Jake Good of Abington was third from the slower heat, running a 1:58.88.

Dondre Pittman of Coatesville cleared 6-5 to take the win on jumps over Penn Wood's Dennis Manyeah and Perkiomen Valley's Darnell Randall, who also cleared 6-5.

In the shot put, Wissahickon's Yondell Dudley outdueled Glen Mills' Quadir Gibson in a battle of the two best throwers in the Greater Philly area. Dudley threw 54-10 for the win, and Gibson took second with a throw of 53-9.75.

The 4x800 meter relay was one of the day's most exciting races. Each handoff was more physical than the next. In the end, Abington took the win in 8:09 as four teams were deadlocked at the final exchange. Pennridge was second and CB East took third.

Glen Mills closed out the night with a huge 4x400 that took the win in a thrilling closing race with Upper Darby. The Bulls clocked a 3:24.56 for the win and Upper Darby was second in 3:27.30
