Only Candace Young sits in front of Cheltenham's Chanel Brissett.
The junior went south for the Florida Relays and came away with the nation's fastest time in the 100 meter hurdles. Brissett ran a possibly wind-aided time of 13.09 in the event which is a top five national all-time performance (pending the wind).
The Pennsylvania state record of 12.95, held by Beaver Falls' Candace Young was set in 1979. Brissett already shattered the PA state record in the 60 meter hurdles indoors en route to a state championship.
