Sewickley's Summer Thorpe comes in as the heavy favorite for the high hurdles. Thorpe won both hurdles events at the District 7 Championships. She's gone 14.22 this season, early in May at Baldwin.

Bentworth's Breana Cavanaugh will be her closest competition. The sophomore was second to Thorpe at the District 7 Championships, running a 14.93. Lakeland's Madison Harding won the District 2 title and she'll be one to watch. So will Riverside's Elsa Antal, who dipped under 15 seconds with a 14.99 at the Pine-Richland Invite earlier this season. Lydia Werner of Northeast Bradford, United Michaela Bracken, Saint Basil's Sophia Barnett and Pine Grove's Maddie Frew will be among those in the medal conversation.
