Downingtown East will be on the hunt for a repeat in the AAA 4x100. The Cougars clocked a 42.01 in the finals last year to take the title and this strong sprint squad is having another great season. They ran 41.86 in the semis at District 1 and look like they're in a good spot to repeat.

LaSalle may have other plans. The District 12 champs enter as the top seed and will be looking to make some noise in this crowded and talented field. Coatesville ran 42.02 in the semis with D-Town East and they have the pieces to contend with a good race as well. Wissahickon, led by Darien Williams should be up there, too.

Nazareth Area, the former PA#1s, is one team to watch. The District 11 champs have been consistently improving throughout the season and they appear to be in a good spot to go for the state crown.

Dallastown, Glen Mills, Penn Hills, and Altoona will be among the others teams to look out for.
