Friday brings us the 11th Annual John Hay Memorial Distance Festival. The meet provides a chance for high schoolers, collegians, and open runners the chance to drop some fast times after the PIAA state meet and before outdoor nationals. There should be some great races on tap for Friday evening at Henderson. The good news for those that can't make it to West Chester? It will be streamed live on MileSplit.
