Former East Greenwich standout Nick Ross hit a running milestone last week when he dipped under four minutes for the mile for the first time at the Adrian Martinez Classic. Ross, an assistant coach at his Alma Mater, finished sixth overall in the race with a time of 3 minutes, 59.73 seconds.
Ross, who was a presenter at the State Meet this past Saturday, talked to MileSplit RI about his sub four-minute effort.
