What was your most memorable race/competition?

My most memorable race was the outdoor state meet when I ran 1:51 to come in second for the 4x800.

Where did you face your biggest competition?
I think I faced my biggest competition at every meet. You can never count out your competitors.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
The one that stands out the most was winning the 4x400 at indoor states.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would have started my running career indoor of freshman year instead of starting outdoor of sophomore year.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
I think it was continuing to push myself even when I didn't feel like I could go any faster.

What will you miss the most?
I will miss all the friends I made throughout my career.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?
Grind at practice and get the work done. There is no easy way to drop time. And it's okay to be nervous before you run. No matter what happens always try your best.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals overall?
They've helped me become a better runner and a more humble person.

What are your college plans?
Go to college and break 48 (400m) and break 1:50 (800m) before my senior year.

Shout-Outs?
Shout out to my mom for being my biggest fan and supporting me even when I wasn't the best. And shout out to my coach for putting me in the position to accomplish my goals.
