After a few intense days of voting, we have our newest performers of the week. Nick Dahl of Germantown Friends and Hannah Perkins of Montrose are your winners, as voted on by you, the fans. Congratulations to both runners.

Perkins, just a freshman, was very impressive up in our northern border state. At the Owego Invitational, she ran away with the win in the varsity girls large school race, clocking a 19:24. Perkins was 29 second faster than second place Alyssa Walker of Horseheads. it was fastest girls time of the meet. While Montrose may be a small team, this likely won't be the last we've heard of Perkins. Have a look at how the voting played out by clicking here.

Dahl, a senior, was also a runaway winner. His win came at the George School Invitational, opening up what should be a very special final high school season for Dahl. He ran 15:23, much faster than a year ago on the same course. Dahl appears fit and ready to win the private schools' state meet and go onto the rest of the postseason. Next up for him, however, is the Paul Short Run. Stay tuned. Check out how the final voting played out here, and watch his George School win below.
