-----------

What was your most memorable race/competition?

4x100 at districts and states, I just wanted to win it for my team. My teammate Jayland always wanted to win the gold cookie so I did the "Destruction part" he always would comment after our relays.

Where did you face your biggest competition?

My sophomore year at Districts, I had ran against Christian Brissett and Dan Chisena. They both had been the best in the state and I was the new sprinter in the group.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?

I would say district and state championships just because I dominated and brought home 2 gold medals at both meets.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?

To train and run the 400m rather than 100m. I like longer sprints and think I would I had more success in 400m than 100m.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

The big injury during indoor of my junior year and losing 3 months of training and momentum.

What will you miss the most?

Everyone who I competed against, all my coaches and people who supported me.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?

If you have talent, keep your grades up and take it serious its a once in lifetime opportunity and can impact your life drastically.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals overall?

I became more mature and realized where I wanna be and how to become that. All coaches helped me as much as they could and I am truly blessed for that.

What are your post-high school plans?

I am currently enrolled at Penn State University summer bridge program and plan to compete on the track and field team.

Shout-Outs?

All my coaches and teammates, I will never forget those memories good or bad that we experienced together. To all schools who let me compete on their facilities and PIAA and PTFCA officials as well.
