River Trail Cup XC Invitational - Recap

Bellw Vernon's Brett Seich claimed the boys' individual win over second place Lukas Dunaway of Serra Catholic. Seich clocked a time of 16:26 for the win. The Elizabeth Forward boys scored 43 points for the team title in McKeesport.

In the girls' race, Bellw Vernon freshman Grace Henderson made a big statement to open up her career. The freshman went 19:48 for the win at River Trail. McKeesport's Macayle Wade was second in 20:31. Henderson's Belle Vernon squad also claimed the team title with 51 points.


Delaware Valley Invitational - Recap

The Council Rock North girls opened its season with a win over Pennridge in a virtual duel meet at Delaware Valley University. CR North's Megan Coolahan picked up the win in 20:47 over Pennridge's Ashley Gordon, who was second in her debut.

Council Rock South was the only team competing in the boys' race. Kyle Kutney took home the victory in a time of 17:50. Collin Ochs was second in 18:07.


Royals Invitational - Recap

Bonner & Prendie's Anthony Harper started what should be a big senior campaign off with a win. Harper went 17:00 to take the win at Upper Darby. But it was the Upper Darby boys, led by a second place finish by Jarnail Dhillon, that took the team with 32 points. Marple Newtown was second with 54 points.

Jenna Rastatter claimed the win in the girls' race. Rastatter ran a time of 20:48, winning by nearly two minutes over second place. Upper Darby took the next three spots, with Wilbertrice Boduo finishing second. UD scored 23 points for the win.
