TFCAofGP Meet #5 - Meet Preview

DIVISION I

Rusty Kujdych has had a terrific start to his indoor season. The XC state champ from Neshaminy dropped a US#1 in the 3,000 meters last week. he's the top seed in the mile this week. LaSalle's Sean Egan is also in the field. William Tennent's Sean Rahill and LaSalle's Ethan Maher are the top seeds in the 3,000 meters.

In the high jump, LaSalle's Jonathon Squadrito will aim to continue his solid season in the event. He cleared a PA#3 6-7 earlier in the season and he'll shoot to get to that height again this weekend.

Coatesville's Eric Kirk and Downingtown East's Brassir Stocker are the top seeds in the 55 meters. That's a matchup worth keeping an eye on.  Central Bucks South's Michael Cannon Jr. will be worth watching for in the 400 meters.


DIVISION II

Hill-Freedman's Armonte Paulk is back at it this weekend. Paulk is the top seed in the 55 meter dash. He enters the weekend at PA#3 and will be looking to improve upon that. Lower Merion's Romaine Rhoden has had a breakthrough season in the sprints, but he's yet to run the 400 meters. He's the top seed there on Saturday, but another top sprinter, Philip Shovlin of Springfield (Delco) is also entered.

The top seed in the mile is Episcopal's Elias Lindgren, while Jenkintown's Joshua Jackson will headline to the 3,000 meter field. 

Penn Charter's Akeel Blake is the top seed in the high jump.
