Paulk Dominates Sprints: Hill-Freedman Senior Wins 3 At The Carnival

Armonte Paulk showed off his speed as well as his versatility at the PTFCA Indoor Track Carnival. The Hill-Freedman senior won all three individual sprint events at Lehigh on Saturday.

He first won the 400 meters in 50.03 to win by over a second and a half. It's his fastest flat-track indoor time of his career. He ran 49.42 at the Hispanic Games earlier in the season, which has him at PA#5 on the season.

Shortly thereafter, Paulk was back on the track for the 60-meter dash final. Paulk dropped a PA#3 of 6.96 in the final to win in dominating fashion. He closed out his day in the 200 meters, running 22.34, a PA#12 (counting flat and banked track performances).

Paulk will have some decisions to make in the coming weeks as far as what he wants to race at the state meet, but having options is never a bad thing.
