Individuals Breakdown: District 11 Boys

D11-AAA Boys- Individuals Breakdown

The race for the top spot in District 11 Class AAA will be a very close one this fall. The field looks wide open and will come down to who has their best day on the right day.

The top returners based on district finish last year is the Parkland of Nicholas Bower and Riley Williamson. Look for both to work together again this season. Williamson was a breakthrough performer last year, running 15:39 for 12th at the Paul Short Run and also won the EPC title. Bower was Parkland's No. 1 runner at districts and states.

Easton Area has plenty of individual firepower. Cosmo Cardone (fifth) and Marco Cardone (ninth) return from the top ten last year. Jonathan Miers and Joseph Ozgar will also be worth watching for; Ozgar ran 9:36 for 3,200 meters on the track this past spring.

Bringing back a strong pair is Stroudsburg with Zachary Landvik-Larsen (eighth last year) and Shu-Yu Chen (tenth last year). Expect both to compete for even higher finishes this fall. Liberty's Darlyn Fermin and Cole Frank are also among the district's top returners this fall.
