Crimson Hawk Invitational - Meet Recap
BOYS: Indiana Area will be the team to beat at Crimson Hawk on Saturday. Led by Joey Bujdos and Matt Berzonsky, Indiana has shown to be one of AA's top teams in the first few weeks of the season. Bujdos and Berzonsky will be in the mix for the individual win.
Other contenders include Harrison Central (OH)'s Eric Leech and Chartiers Valley's Elias Zajicek.
GIRLS: Expect a close race for the top individual spot in the girls' race. PA runners Kiki Thornton of Chartiers Valley, Isabelle McCabe of Indiana Area, Kierra Shreffler of Kiski Area will be in the mix for the win or a spot in the top five. Out-of-staters Jasmine Arnold of Harrison Central (OH), Isabelle Gulgert of South Lakes (VA), and Destiny Arnold of Harrison Central will also mix it up for the victory.
South Lakes, Indiana Area, and Chartiers Valley will battle it out for the team title.
