The VMI Athletic Department has announced that both the Keydets' home basketball game against Winthrop and the VMI Winter Relays will still be conducted as previously scheduled despite the winter weather in the area.  Saturday's basketball game will begin at 1 p.m. and now features free admission to all those able to safely travel to the game.  The Winter Relays will also begin at noon at the Cormack Field House as scheduled.

In addition, the Keydet wrestling team traveled to Annapolis, Md. for the 16th Annual USAA All-Academy Championships and will be competing as well.

Fans attending the VMI-Winthrop basketball game are also encouraged to wear red, as the game has been designated a "Red Out."  Fans can also pick up a $10 Red K3YD3TS T-Shirt at the game, as proceeds go to the VMI Third Class.
