5/11-Speed and power on display in Strongest Small League in PA @ Ches-Mont Champs @ Coatesville

In what could be called the strongest small league in the state of Pennsylvania, the Ches-Mont collection of schools is once again serving up some great performances when it counts. The girls\' throws at Coatesville continue to be strong, as frosh Kaleena Gray and senior Tayvon Gray fight for family bragging rights in the Shot Put. Kaleena won this round by 9.5 inches, throwing 41-03. Tayvon is getting her Discus moves back, throwing 140-0. Each sister did walk off with a league meet record. The West Chester Henderson and Coatesville girls smoked the 4x100, with Henderson taking a 48.22 to 48.92 win - the mark a meet record. And Downingtown East got into the speed act, going 3:55.21 for a meet record in the 4x400. Downingtown East\'s Sami Keenan went 25.66 and 57.30 to win the 200 and 400. Kelly Kajunski, also of D-East, won the High Jump at 5-05 and 100 Hurdles in 15.45.
