There is no way you can watch it all... so you can only imagine how difficult it must be to be the athlete. Jumping. Leaping, Hurdling. Leaping some more. And all at nationally ranked levels. Well, if Districts is the appetizer for the main course of States, then Memorial Day weekend will be a fan-feast. Nicole Smith's competition knows she is peaking at the right time. That's their plan, as well. But with 5-10, 19-10.50, 39-10.00 and 14.71 performances for the McDowell senior, those numbers will get their attention. On the boys' side, General McLane's Ryan Thompson took his hurdle double in 14.78 for 110m and 39.01 for 300m. And Erie Central posted a quick 43.07 4x100, while Cathedral Prep went 3:24.31 in the 4x400.
