Foot Locker Finalist Josh Hibbs of Hatboro-Horsham will be signing a Letter of Intent to attend Iona College, known as a distance powerhouse. And PIAA Outdoor and Indoor state pole vault medalist Caitlin Fairbairn of Bishop Shanahan will sign with Penn State University. And two Archbishop Carroll athletes, Chris Tilger and Courtney McKnight, will commit to Cornell University and LaSalle University, respectively.
