  • Michael Cherry (Oscar Smith) continued his stellar season by clocking a US#1 time in the 500m dash of 1:03.84.  The time is also VA#11 All-Time.
  • Felecia Majors (South County) also had an impressive day, winning the 500m dash with a US#2 time of 1:16.98 and clearing 11-9 to win the pole vault.  South County also won the 4x200 relay with a US#8 clocking of 1:44.85.

  • Wesley Frazier won the girls Invitational Mile with a stellar 4:48 clocking!
  • Josiah Elliott (Parkland) won the 800m with a US#5 clocking of 1:57.58.
  • Isaiah Moore (Cummings) won the 55H with a 7.42 clocking, just off his 7.41 US#1 time.
  • William Buckley (East Chapel Hill) won the 55m dash with a US#3 tie of 6.46.
  • Marquavious Johnson (Knightdale) won the 400m dash with a US#3 clocking of 49.98.
  • Layla White (Cary) won the 400m dash with a US#2 time of 57.40.
  • Tyra Lea (Wakefield) won the 300m dash with a US#4 clocking of 39.84.

 

PSAL Holiday Classic, NY

  • Medgar Evers torches the track to a US#1 time of 3:56.86 in the 4x400m.  Benjamin Cardozo was 2nd with a US#2 time of 3:57.74.
  • Sabrina Southerland (Cardozo) won the 3000m run with a blazing US#1 time of 9:55.37.
  • Denise Branch (Cardozo) won the 1000m run with a 2:57.62 with Shanee Grant 2nd in 2:58.46.

  • Willington Zaza (Garnet Valley) won the 60m Hurdles with a blazing US#1 time of 7.97 and then won the Triple Jump with a stellar US#1 mark of 48-10! VIDEO INTERVIEW
  • Chris Berry (Central Bucks West) and Will Mcdermott (Bonner) dueled to a pair of nice 3000m times of 8:51.92 and 8:52.63.
  • Timothy Moses (Palmyra) won the pole vault with a clearance of 15-6.
  • Swenson girls won the 4x400m relay with a US#5 clocking of 3:58.23.  The time is US#2 for flat tracks.
