With another great season of outdoor track and field in the books, it's time to look back on some of the biggest improvers from last year to this year. We calculated how much of a difference one year made for some of the top girls' throwers.

Many saw some big improvement, like Liberty's Jocebed Arthur (above) saw a three foot improvement in the shot put and 15 foot improvement in the discus. Check out all the results of our findings by paging over or clicking the direct links below:
