Does anyone know where I can find qualifying times for Penn Relays? Even last years standards would be helpful. Thanks.

I know for the distance stuff last year the 4x8 standard was around 8:05 and the DMR around 10:40. If you go on Penn\'s Track website you can find last year\'s results. Maybe that would help...

As far as i have heard this year the qualifier for the 4x8 is 8:15

there used to be a pdf file on the Penn Relays web site. I don\'t know if it is still the same as last year or if they are revamping the site. I am posting without looking first but you should be able to check it out as well.
