Garden Spot girls track always seem to pull a section title out from somewhere. Will another school challenge them this year? Who\'s the top boys team?

Outdoor starts tomorrow for CV, with a scrimmage against LMH. Hope it doesn\'t rain...

CV vs. LMH was cold in the 40\'s, and became rainy and windy partway throught the meet. They called it off after the intermediate hurdles.

I see that Justine Barr is doing well, winning a lot of races from the newpaper results. How is Melanie doing? Is she a close second?

I was looking at the District 3 qualifying standards tonight. From Sunday\'s Intell honor roll, no girls in LL qualify for 400, 800, 1600.

I don\'t know if LS is AA or AAA, but she qualifies in the 3200 either way.

Congratulations to Timmy Getz for setting a school record in the 1600 this week. I heard from one of the parents at the LS/CV meet that he was hoping to do it against Vince, but Vince was running shorter distances to work on his speed, so they didn\'t get to run against each other.

At GS, Vince ran the open 400, 800 and 4x4. He went 54 in the quarter. Sean Beahan won it easily. McNally looked like he was trying all the way thru. If he\'s working on his speed endurance, he didn\'t show it Monday. In the 800, we ran along side GS\'s Rutledge thru 500m and kinda went out the final 300, but nothing blazing. In the 4x4, he had to run against Beahan as a 4th leg, but the race was out of hand for \'Stoga by the time McNally got the baton. If he\'s trying to peak, he looks flat. D1 will eat him up if he makes states in any event. Sorry Vince, you need the Millers dude.

Dude are u kidding? If McNally can\'t make states, then the number of people who are able to can be counted on 1 hand

\" Sorry Vince, you need the Millers dude.\"

I\'m not sure what you mean by that?

How about Taylor Courtney winning the 300 hurdles today! Dad (Steve) was able to shoot over to the meet between music gigs in time to see his son\'s race.
