senbobel Jack ran a solid 1200 leg of the DMR and then doubled back and ran the open 800 in 1:59.1. He's a solid doubler. I wouldn't say they are ready to run down a fresh penncrest whose top open runner (1:57) had a bad race and ran 2:00. Come states I bet penncrest breaks 7:50 (1:55, 1:58, 1:58, 1:56). If lasalle gets their 2:07 leg down then they will run a fast relay too. The top four teams (penncrest, pennridge, lasalle, and strath haven) will gap themselves from the rest of the field. Maybe north penn can keep up?
