Indoor States Predictions

Haven's gotta be the favorite to win the boy's team title. It's a two-horse race at this point with them and Pennwood. Haven should score points in the hurdles, mile, 400, jumps, pole vault, and will place highly in the 4x4/4x2 to counter Pennwood's PA-leading relays in those events. Pennwood will likely also get points in the hurdles, open 200 and open 400. The difference is the 4x8 (Haven PA #1, Pennwood did not qualify a team). I wouldn't be so sure that a fresh Penncrest 4x8 can beat Haven's since I believe they're only doubling Huemmler, who's been a pretty capable doubler in his career. There are definitely other teams (i.e. Lasalle, Pennridge) that will challenge for the top spots in that event too

@senbobel Jack ran a solid 1200 leg of the DMR and then doubled back and ran the open 800 in 1:59.1. He's a solid doubler. I wouldn't say they are ready to run down a fresh penncrest whose top open runner (1:57) had a bad race and ran 2:00. Come states I bet penncrest breaks 7:50 (1:55, 1:58, 1:58, 1:56). If lasalle gets their 2:07 leg down then they will run a fast relay too. The top four teams (penncrest, pennridge, lasalle, and strath haven) will gap themselves from the rest of the field. Maybe north penn can keep up?
