FAT system this season & ¼ inch needle-spikes permitted!!!!

Entries: We will be using milesplit.com for our entry admission. The deadline for submitting entries is noon on Wednesday, January 26. There will be a maximum of 6 entries for each event and 2 for each relay. The performance lists will be posted on the LVC athletic website, www.godutchmen.com, by Friday morning.

Entry Fees: The entry fee is $12 per athlete or $180 for one team (Men’s or Women’s) or a total of $360 for both teams. Checks can be made payable to Lebanon Valley College- Track

Entry Changes: Field event scratches will take place at the event. All other scratches will be taken before the start of the first running event.

Order of events: The order of events is listed below. The meet will begin at promptly 10 am with field events, running events beginning at 10:30 am.

Scoring/ Awards: Awards for Champions in each event

Facilities: A 4-lane mondo surface
¼ inch needle-spikes permitted
Starting blocks will only be used in the 55m

T-Shirts: Invitational shirts will be on sale at the meet.

Concessions: A concession stand will be open during the meet.

Trainer: An athletic trainer will be on duty for the meet. Please bring a kit with supplies.

55 Meter Dash (Prelims)
55 Meter Hurdle (Prelims)
4X200m Relay
Mile Run
500 Meter Dash
55 Meter Dash (Finals)
55 Meter Hurdles (Finals)
300 Meter Dash
800 Meter Run
3000 Meter Run
4 X 400 Relay

Field events beginning at 10:00 am

Pole Vault: Men first, followed by women.

Horizontal Jumps: (Will run in this order)
1. Men’s long jump.
2. Women’s long jump.
3. Men’s triple jump.
4. Women’s triple jump.

High Jump: Women first, followed by men.

Throwing: (Will run in this order)
1. Men’s shot put.
2. Women’s shot put.
3. Men’s weight throw.
4. Women’s weight throw.
