After the first 15 individuals the cost is $5.00 dollars per athlete.

Dear Coach:

It is our pleasure to invite you and your team to the fifty-seventh annual William Tennent Cross Country Invitational. This year's meet will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012. As always we want to provide competition for all athletes -- varsity, junior varsity, or novice. It is this aspect which makes us unique among invitationals. Our one stipulation is that, for the sake of fairness, a school must be represented by team of at least five (5) in the varsity race before any entrants can be accepted in a junior varsity or novice race.

The race will be run on the same 5000 meter invitational course that we used last year. The running surface will be virtually all grass except for a small amount of macadam. This year we will again be using the "Motion Timing" system for all runners. All registrations must be completed on the Penntrackxc.com website by October 10th 2012.

This year we will award trophies as awards in each race.

Boys' and Girls' Varsity Trophies to top 20 individuals
Boys' and Girls' J. V. Trophies to top 20 individuals
Boys' and Girls' Novice Trophies to top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Varsity Team Races Trophies to top 3 Varsity Teams
Junior Varsity Races Trophies to top 3 J.V. Teams
Novice Race No team trophies

Awards will be presented in the William Tennent Gymnasium following the completion of the Boy's J.V. race.

Once again, full race results will be available to coaches, hopefully the day of the race as they have been in the past, and they will be mailed to area newspapers shortly after the meet.
