Meet Information
Information on the January 12 meet:
The meet will begin at 8:30 a.m. with boys long jump, other field event areas beginning at 9 am following at 9:30 with track events. Fees will be as follows: If I receive your payment before December 20 the cost is only $6.00 per athlete, with a maximum of $130.00 for one team (boys and girls separately). If you pay after December 20, the cost will be $8.00 per athlete, with a maximum of $145.00 for one team (boys and girls separately). If you are unable to attend and have paid your registration fees, a non-refundable $30 fee will be accessed for each school (not per gender). We will be limiting the number of entries per team to 5 athletes per event and 2 relays per school.
If you are interested in participating in the January meet, please complete the form and return it to me by email or fax by December 30, 2012.
Entries: All entries will be accepted on pamilesplit.com. Please note the entries will be due by noon on Wednesday, January 9, 2013. There will be a maximum of 5 entries for each event per team and 2 entries for relays. The performance lists will be posted on the LVC athletic website www.godutchmen.com by Friday.
Entry Changes: Field event scratches will take place at the event. All other scratches will be taken before the start of the first running event and throughout the day as running events occur.
Order of events: The order of events is listed below. The meet will begin at promptly 8:30 am with boys long jump, other field events beginning at 9 am field and running events beginning at 9:30 am.
Facilities: A 4-lane mondo surface
No spikes permitted
Starting blocks will only be used in the 55m
T-Shirts: Invitational shirts will be on sale at the meet.
Concessions: A concession stand will be open during the meet.
