The 2014 United Age Group Track Coaches Association Youth Invitational (UAGI) meet promises to be just as entertaining and productive as the last seven meets have been, The UAGI has undoubtedly matured into one of the most look forwarded to youth meets of the summer. The meet now boasts a full slate of events and serves as one of the best tune-ups for the various national championships. Through the years over 57 athletes who attended the UAGI went on to win their respective events in the AAU or USATF National Championships. Non-traditional events like the Youth Hammer Throw and the 2000 meter Steeplechase are regular events at the UAGI. The 2012 meet produced over 27 new records. The meet is known for its relaxed atmosphere, great awards and outstanding officiating. The meet has run on or ahead of schedule in each year of its' existence. We are looking forward to another exciting year. We expect to increase the number of Canadian visitors as well as our regular Caribbean Island participants. Our Parent/Coaches Relay is also a very popular event, attracting over 30 teams last year and providing some welcomed relief for the athletes after 3 days of grueling competition.
