Dear Cross-Country Coaches,
Thank you so much for expressing an interest in coming to the Red, White and Blue, held at Schenley Park. Your continued support helps us to hopefully provide a quality cross-country event for you and your athletes.
Our meet will always be held the first Saturday after Labor Day. This years event will be held, Saturday September 10, 2016. Save the date for next years season. The fees will be ($80 dollars/ for mens team and $80 dollars/for womens teams and $2 dollar fee for chip every runner. REMEMBER if you register a runner and he/she doesnt run you still pay a chip fee. If you do not have a team you may run an individual for 12 dollars each. (a team is 5 entrants.) You may run up to 10 in the varsity races and are unlimited in the JV races and freshman race. You as coaches are expected to return your chips or you will be assessed a fee of 35 dollars per missing chip from the timing service. Checks for the race can be made to: Baldwin Cross-Country Club and sent to Richard Wright 5332 Elmwood Drive Pittsburgh, PA.15227 or brought to the race that day.

On behalf of the Baldwin High School Cross-Country Booster Club, Rich and Bunny, we thank you for coming and as always, wish you good luck in the meet.
As you remember from last year, the start was changed last year. That course will remain the same as last year. Since then, the city has requested that we now rent the surrounding groves in the park. The concession stand and t-shirt sales will be in the Vietnam Pavilion and tents may be set up where the concession stand used to be and also near the Vietnam Memorial which will be in close proximity to the start line.
REMEMBER!!! Those of you that used to use the Greenfield Bridge it is no longer there, so remember to alter your directions to the park. See you then and have a GREAT summer.
