I. DATE – TIME – LOCATION
Saturday, April 29, 2017 @ 10:00 am at Lebanon High School

II. ENTRY FEES
The entry fee will be $300 per school (for both of your teams). This fee will help defer the cost of awards and officials. Fee is due by Monday, April 10, 2017, checks MUST BE made payable to Lebanon Athletic Boosters, and mailed to Lebanon Athletic Office, the address is at the bottom of this page.

III. ENTRIES
1. PIAA eligibility must be submitted on or before Monday, April 24, 2017.
2. Not more than two (2) participants from the same school may be entered in any individual event. One (1) relay team per school may be entered.

IV. SEEDING
We will utilize an outside group to seed the meet. We will use electronic timing for the meet. More information will follow later this month.

VI. OFFICIALS
We would appreciate having each school participate in the officiating of this meet. Therefore, we ask your cooperation in obtaining officials as follows:

Annville-Cleona – Shot Put (2), Corner (1), Starter (1)
Cedar Crest – Long Jump (2), Starter (1)
ELCO – Javelin (2), Corner (1)
Lebanon – Clerk (1), Timer (1), Corner (1), Meet Director (1), Announcer (1), Field Official (1)
Northern Lebanon – Triple Jump (2), Pole Vault (1)
Palmyra – Discus (2), High Jump (1)

In order to insure the meet runs smoothly, please send experienced officials in the specified events. Officials should report no later than 45 minutes before their event. They will all be paid in cash following their responsibilities.

Officials will officiate both boys AND girls events in which they are assigned.

Please instruct the officials from your school to bring all necessary equipment for the management of their event. (i.e. tapes, watches).

Please forward the names of your officials to Lebanon Athletic Director Sam Elias (selias@lebanon.k12.pa.us) by April 14, 2017.



VII. BUS DROP-OFF PROCEDURE
All buses should drop their teams off at the track and then speak with our parking attendant for direction on where to park for the day. Please make sure all buses are locked and secure. We will be closing the gates on 8th Street so that we would be able to get emergency personnel through if needed.
