Meet Information
Dear Coach,
The Neshaminy High School Boys' & Girls' Track teams would like to extend to you and your team our invitation to attend the Neshaminy Rock'n'Roll Relays. The meet will be held on Wed. March 27th, 2019 at the Harry Franks Stadium on the campus of Neshaminy High School.
We will be allowing each school to enter one or two relays per event. Starting blocks will be provided at the start of all sprint relay events. Premium Medals will be furnished for first through fifth places in each event.
The Meet will begin at 9:30am with a coaches meeting, events will start at 10:00am.
COACHES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING ALL ATHLETES ON-LINE AT PA.MILESPLIT.COM.
The entry deadline is Tues. March 26th at 11:59pm.
Aprox. Running Schedule:
10:00 - G 300 Hurdles 1 relay per team (2 runners per relay)
10:20 - B 300 Hurdles 1 relay per team (2 runners per relay)
10:40 - G 4 x 1600 2 relays per team
11:10 - B 4 x 1600 2 relays per team
11:35 - G SMR (200, 200, 400, 800) 1 relay per team
11:55 - B SMR (200, 200, 400, 800) 1 relay per team
12:20 - G 4 x 100 2 relays per team
12:40 - B 4 x 100 2 relays per team
1:00 - G 100 Hurdles Relay 1 relay per team
1:25 - B 110 Hurdles Relay 1 relay per team
1:45 - G 4 x 800 2 relays per team
2:00 - B 4 x 800 2 relays per team
2:15 - G 4 x 200 1 relay per team
2:30 - B 4 x 200 1 relay per team
2:45 - G Distance Medley 2 relays per team
3:00 - B Distance Medley 2 relays per team
3:15 - G 4 x 400 2 relays per team
3:45 - B 4 x 400 2 relays per team

10:00-11:15 - Boys Long Jump (1 relay per team) 3 jumps no finals
11:30-12:45 - Girls Long Jump (1 relay per team) 3 jumps no finals
1:00-2:15 Boys Triple Jump (1 relay per team) 3 jumps no finals
2:30-3:45 Girls Triple Jump (1 relay per team) 3 jumps no finals
Vertical Jumps:
10:00 - Girls High Jump, Boys Pole Vault (1 relay per team)
12:15 - Boys High Jump, Girls Pole Vault (1 relay per team)
Throws:
TBD - Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus, Boys Javelin (1 relay per team) 3 throws no finals
TBD - Girls Shot Put, Boys Discus, Girls Javelin (1 relay per team) 3 throws no finals
We will need a coach from each team to help officiate an event. We will be using a FinishLynx automatic timing system so we will not need timers for the meet. Please include the name of the coach who will be officiating, and their preferred job.
The cost for the meet will be $125.00 per Boys team and $125.00 per Girls team.
If both teams are entered the fee will be a total of $200.
Checks are to be made payable to "Neshaminy High School".
