Norwin's LAST CHANCE CARNIVALgives athletes a last chance to qualify for WPIAL Finals.Relays WILL BE RUN this year! All events will be open. The meet is not intended for ENTIRE teams to attend and run ALL athletes,but give your athletes a chance to better their time/distance/height for next weeks final. Athletes that enter should be WPIAL Final-caliber athletes. This meet is intended for athletes capable of competing in next weeks championships.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Standards will be based on lowest seed onWPIAL AA Performance List.Any athlete entered not near standard may be REJECTED. Meet is NOT intended for entire teams. REJECTED ATHLETES WILL BE POSTED by 9:00 pm Sunday May 6, 2018. ALL Normal Track & Field events will be run--RELAYS WILL BE RUN this year. There will be no prelims or finals. All events will be FAT.
Date: Tuesday May 8, 2018
Place: Norwin High School Stadium
Facilities: FAT FinishLynx timing on 8-lane track, multiple jumping and throwing pits, all events on site. Indoor PV pit if rain.
Start Time: 3:30 pm (coaches meeting @ 2:45 pm)
Registration Deadline: noon on Sunday May 6, 2018. ACCEPTED ENTRIES posted on Penn Track by 9:00 pm.
Cost: $10 per individual athlete.
*If team brings 8 girls and 5 boys, cost = $130
