Meet Information
100m/110m Hurdles are the only individual event-no relay-3 participants from each team
Participation- Each school can enter 2 teams per event. An "A" Team that will score towards the team point totals and medal and a "B" team that may medal individually but will not count towards the total team points.
Team scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Team Trophies will be awarded to the 1st place Team Winners. Plaques will be awarded for the second and third place teams .
Medals will be given to 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place finishers in each event.
Field events will consist of 2 athletes per team and their best performances will be combined.
Throwing Events will be seeded according to total distance. Lower seeds will throw first. *There will be a final flight*.
Track events will be seeded in lanes and heats; based on times.
Mid Valley is a 6 lane track.
Only 1/8 spikes are allowed
Coaches Meeting will be at 9:30 am in the
Fieldhouse
Open pit jumping areas will follow their scheduled time and will close at the designated time.
There will be food and beverages for sale and also T-shirts.
Athletes will be registered through pamilesplit.com and must be completed by Wednesday April 11, 2018.
