WARRIOR xc Classic(on the Track)
When-Wednesday, November 14-1st race at 6:10 at Henderson HS.
Why-as a tuneup for NXN, or Footlocker or a chance to run a fast 3200 off of xc fitness.
Details-1st race will be at 6:10. We will run as many heats as necessary. It will probably be about 4 sections. We will run the fast section last. Races will be run based on seed time so they will be mixed by gender.

Sections will be posted on www.runccrs.com on Wednesday morning. You may enter at the meet and will be placed in the appropriate section.
Eligibility-this race is open to all athletes of all abilities. Remember that PIAA teams should not wear school affiliated uniforms.
Entry Fee-$10.00.
Amenities-a chance to race with and against some great runners. Enjoy the camaderie of the warmup and cooldown with a big group. We will have some awards, but the best award will be the satisfaction of running fast.

Check in procedure-go to the track shed at the finish, pay your entry fee and get your number. 4 sections-section 1-6:10PM, Section 2-6:25PM, section 3-6:40PM, section 4-6:55PM. We may have more than 4 sections.
We will have split clocks at the start, 100m and 200m mark.
