Additional InformationAWARDS: Custom 2" Medals will be awarded to 1st thru 5th places. Novice medals will be awarded to 1st thru 3rd for "B" relay events.
ENTRIES: Each team is allowed 3 entries in each event and one entry in the relay events (4x100, 4x400, and 4x800). Each team is allowed one "B" entry in the relay events (A "B" team can only be entered when there is a varsity team represented for that school). In the 4x800, we will combine the varsity and junior varsity. There will be a total of two heats.
Bob Lochel is the meet director. We will be using a fully automated timing system and an online entry system. Entries should be submitted through MileSplit. The entry period will begin April 1, and will continue until the Wednesday before the meet, April 27. Any changes after this can be e-mailed to the meet director at email@example.com. Performance lists will be posted on Thursday at the meet website: www.hatboro-horsham.org/ladyhatterclassic
FIELD EVENTS: The long jump, javelin and discus will be open pit 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM with finals starting at 5:45 PM to 6:30 PM. The triple jump and shot will be open pit 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM with finals starting at 8:00 PM. The pole vault will start at 4:30 PM and the high jump will start at 5:00 PM. Please have your athletes check in and out of the pole vault and high jump properly as the bar will keep moving.
MEETING: A seeding meeting will no longer be necessary with our on-line registration. There will be a coaches meeting the day of the meet at 4:10.
