I am currently the assistant distance coach for McDowell. I was previously the head coach at East High School and the middle school teams. I have been as assistant or head coach for the past 7 years. I ran 5 years for Edinboro University, and 4 years for McDowell High School.

I have run everyday since December 28, 2007.
