Gwen Remaly of Lehighton won the shot put (41-0.50) and the discus (116-8). For the boys, Demetrius Lanier of East Stroudsburg South blazed to a state leading FAT time of 10.69 to win the 100 meter dash. On top of that, he ran 21.58 to win the 200 meter dash and was on the 4x100 meter relay team that ran 43.33 to earn another victory. Mike Marsack of Stroudsburg threw 184-6 to win the javelin.

In the Lehigh league, Emmaus girls ran 9:38.24 to win the 4x800 meter relay. Ashley Williams of Easton ran 14.55 to win the high hurdles. Hanna Brosky of Emmaus won the 400 (58.11) and 800 meter runs (2:17.77). Rachel Finn of Liberty cleared 11 feet to win the pole vault. Teammate Erin Sample won the shot put with a mark of 37-8.50, which was level with Sheila Plunkett of St Basil Academy, but Sample won with a better 2nd throw. Plunkett did throw 113-1 to win the discus.

 

Rachel Koller of Gwynedd-Mercy Academy won the 100 meter dash (12.70) and led a 1-2-3 sweep for her team to clinch the team title with a time of 25.85.

Heather Grober of Hickory won the 100 (12.95) and 200 meter dashes (26.33), Madison Przicina of Sharpsville won the 400 (59.00) and 800 meter runs (2:25.92) and Lexi Bible of Hickory won the 1600 (5:21.81) and 3200 meter runs (11:56.45). For the boys, Shane Kirkwood of Slipper Rock ran 50.32 to win the 400 meter dash and he anchored the Slipper Rock 4x400 meter relay to victory in 3:29.44.

In the field, Luke Lewis of Hickory added nearly four feet to his seasonal best in the shot put with a US#2 mark of 65-6.25! He also won the discus with a mark of 159-7. In the jumps, Ronald Pearson of George Junior won the long jump (meet record 22-4.50) and the triple jump (43-1). Emily Campbell of Slipper Rock Area improved on her PA#1 discus mark by nearly a foot with a winning mark of 148-3! Central Bucks South girls soared up to PA#4 All Time and US#2 for 2014 in the 4x800 meter relay with a meet record time of 9:02.68! North Penn finished 2nd in a PA#5 9:14.94 and they won the 4x400 meter relay in a PA#3 3:53.54 ahead of state leaders Central Bucks West (3:56.14) and PA#6 Central Bucks South (3:56.40)!  CB South 4x8 relay member Alexa Kwapinski won the 800 meter run in 2:16.10.

Taylor Hojnacki brought more gold to the Central Bucks South squad, taking home the discus in a PA#2 mark of 148 feet even, just 3 inches off Emily Campbell's state lead. She also won the shot put with a meet record and PA#6 43-6.50. 

Ariana Przybylowski of Pennridge set another seasonal best in the long jump with a PA#5 mark of 18-5.50, breaking her own meet record. Teammate Taylor Chapman ran two personal bests and meet records in the 100 (PA#2 and FAT PA#1 11.97) and 200 meter dashes (PA#4 24.52). 

Marissa Sheva continued the gold rush for Pennridge, winning the 1600 (5:02.31) and 3200 meter runs (10:59.33). The gold rush was capped off with a PA#3 48.21 win in the 4x100 meter relay. Grace Becker of Central Bucks East won the high hurdles (15.05), the high jump (5-3) and the triple jump (37-1).
 

For the boys, Pennridge edged out Central Bucks East to the meet record and the PA#2 spot in the 4x800 meter relay. Pennridge won in a US#9 7:45.28 and Central Bucks East ran a PA#3 and US#13 7:48.21! Pennridge also added a 4x400 meter relay glory with a meet record and PA#6 3:20.62. 

Mike Class of Pennridge won the 100 (10.86) and 200 meter dashes (meet record 21.88) as well as the long jump (22-3). Teammate Joey Logue won the 1600 (4:17.72) and 800 meter runs (1:56.71). Frank Brophy of Central Bucks East ran a PA#7 49.28 to win the 400 meter dash. Brother Jake ran 9:28.43 to win the 3200 meter run.

Dasia Pressley set two meet records in the preliminary rounds of the 100 and 200 meter dash. The sophomore ran 11.99 in the 100 meter dash and then came back and ran 24.38 in the 200. She repeated her 11.99 in the finals and improved her meet record in the 200 with a time of 24.05. Dominique Franco of Council Rock South cleared 11-3 to win the pole vault. Uchechi Onuoha of Pennsbury ran 14.84 to win the high hurdles, a PA#3 43.63 to win the intermediate hurdles, won the long jump by half an inch over Shannon Taub of Council Rock South (17-9.50 to 17-9) and took home the triple jump (PA#2 38-10.50)! Shannon Taub did clear a meet record 5-7 to win the high jump. Kaelyn Heinicke of Council Rock North won the 1600 (5:02.95) and 800 meter runs (PA#7 and meet record 2:14.15). Olivia Sargent of Pennsbury ran 11:12.88 to win the 3200 meter run.

 

For the boys, Bensalem defended their 4x800 meter relay crown with a PA#4 time of 7:53.84 to hold off PA#5 Pennsbury (7:54.87) and PA#6 Council Rock North (7:57.06). Ross Wilson of Council Rock North won the 1600 (4:18.22) and 3200 meter runs (9:32.72). David Marrington of Neshaminy won the high hurdles (14.78) and the intermediate hurdles (PA#4 38.36). Jeff Wiseman of Council Rock South ran a meet record 1:53.34 to win the 800 meter run. Bobby Hill of Harry Truman jumped 22-7.75 to win the long jump. Teammate Julien Freeman jumped 45-10.25 to win the triple jump.

For the boys, Charles Headen of Lasalle won the 100 (10.81) and 200 meter dashes (22.20). Kevin James of Cardinal O'Hara won the mile (4:22.22) and 3200 meter runs (9:40.26). Teammate Nick Smart ran 1:55.08 to win the 1800 meter run. Colyn Todd of Roman Catholic won the high hurdles (15.16) and the intermediate hurdles (39.33). Jordan Bryan of St Joe's Prep jumped a PA#3 23-6.50 to win the long jump and 43-8.50 to win the triple jump. Eddie Eason of Lasalle cleared 14-6 to win the pole vault.

Shannon Quinn of Trinity (3) ran a PA#4 2:11.91 to win the 800 meter run ahead of PA#6 Mady Clahane of Cumberland Valley (2:13.08). Clahane did win the 1600 meter run in a PA#6 4:53.52.

Sierra Brabhim-Lawrence of Harrisburg won the high hurdles (14.50), the intermediate hurdles (43.94) and finished 2nd in the triple jump (38-4) behind PA#2 Sarah Kosenske of Cumberland Valley (39-1.50).

Susquehanna Township ran a T-PA#4 48.22 to win the 4x100 meter relay. 4x800 meter relay champions Palmyra ran a PA#7 9:21.53 to win the 4x800 meter relay.

 

Tesia Kempski of Bishop McDevitt cleared 12-6 to win the pole vault. Dazanique Williams of Cedar Cliff jumped a PA#3 18-8.50 to win the long jump.

For the boys, Peter Hughey of James Buchanan ran a PA#6 48.89 to win the 400 meter dash.

Zach Brehm of Carlisle ran 1:56.69 to win the 800 meter run. Will Cather of State College ran a PA#8 4:16.71 to win the 1600 meter run.

Jeff Groh of Lower Dauphin ran 9:33.04 to win the 3200 meter run. Charles Bowman Jr. of Central Dauphin East ran 39.22 to win the intermediate hurdles. 

Milton Hershey ran a PA#5 42.64 to win the 4x100 meter relay.

Deshawn Millington of Carlisle jumped a PA#2 and US#12 49-6.25 to win the triple jump over teammate, state leader and US#7 Isa Paschall (48-5.50).

For the boys, Griffin Molino of South Williamsport set meet records in winning the 1600 (4:17.87) and 3200 meter runs (9:28.93). Brian Zimmerman of Mifflinburg ran a meet record 49.84 to win the 400 meter dash. Jared McHenry of Warrior Run cleared a meet record 15 feet to win the pole vault. Norman Whaley of Milton Area won the long jump (22-6.25) and the triple jump (meet record 45-0.75). Jacob Shaffer of Midd-West threw a meet record 159-9 to win the discus.
