Frances Koons and Steve Hallinan headline this year's PTFCA All-State Cross Country teams as Athletes of the Year. Kevin Kelly, Henderson, and Jen Piskei, Hatboro-Horsham, garner honors as Coaches of the Year.
The following young men and ladies were awarded All State Status by a committee of the PTFCA meeting on November 19th - the selection was based on honors won, quality and consistency of performance and head to head competition. Congratulations to the new all state athletes:
