The rankings have gone through a shake up at the top after some big performances at the state's biggest meets.

We have new seniors on top, as Mady Clahane of Cumberland Valley finally got that gold medal she was craving at a PTXC meet with a time of 18:23.21, beating out some big stars in the process. William Kachman of Bedford crushed the Forest Hills Invitational course with a state leading time of 15:42.1, the best time of his career. He has won two wins already this season.
Red White and Blue girls AAA winner Lauren Finikiotis of Oakland Catholic has had a running revelation in the early part of the season. She earned her first two wins of her career in the early stages of the season, and she ran a state leading 18:21.4 to win on Saturday. Can she keep this magical run going?
Clara Savchik of North Allegheny finished behind Finikiotis in her first big race trying to fill the shoes of the departed Madeleine Davison. Savchik finished 2nd with a sophomore leading time of 18:25.4, her fastest time by a minute! Liam Conway of Owen J Roberts was victorious at the difficult Centaur Invitational in 16:24 to top the boys sophomore list.
Forest Hills Invite 6th place finisher Mitchell Chunta earned a top ten finish on his home course and is now top of the boys freshmen class with a time of 16:46.5.
The only two spots that are unchanged are Griffin Mackey of Sewickley Academy in the boys junior class and PTXC 7 Girls Blue Race winner Kiele Riefenstahl of Saucon Valley in the girls freshmen class!
