Like the triple jump, AAA returns last year's state champion in the long jump. And it jus so happens that Pocono Mountain East's Khyasi Caldwell-Adams is jumping the best of her career. Caldwell-Adams put forth a huge PR and PA#1 of 19-6 to win at District 11. What else does this week have in store?

The field doesn't include PA#2 and the only jumper to beat Caldwell-Adam this season, Yasmin Brooks of Susquehanna Township, but it does have a handful of strong long jumpers. Indoor state champion Madison Langley-Walker of Cheltenham returns with a season best of 18-8. Greensburg Salem's Julia Howard has jumped 18-11 this season and is the number two seed.
