What was your most memorable race/competition?
My most memorable race would have to be SOL JV Championship race, where I ran 17:48 and finished 25th overall.

Where did you face your biggest competition?
I'd have to say against my teammates in every workout and myself, trying to push myself to be better and help the team out in any way possible.

Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most?
Like the answer to the 1st question, running 17:48 at SOL Championships.

If you could do it all over again, what would you change about your athletic career in high school?
I would run 16:42, help the team win the League title, and make it to States. I would also run 4:27 in the Mile.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
Getting through injuries and bad days, once you get through those, you can get through most things.

What will you miss the most?

I will miss the camaraderie of the XC team, the pasta parties, and the great times that I made with the team and the sport.

Do you have any advice for younger athletes?

Work your butt off every single practice and race and take care of the little things with track and XC. Also, make sure to take the easy days easy.

How have your coaches influenced your performances and your life goals overall?
They have helped me become a better runner and an even better person, that's really it.

What are your college plans?
Run for DeSales University, break 27 minutes in the 8K by Senior year (or Junior year) and do very well in whatever track event I get put into.

Shout-Outs?
WTXC! and Coach Fries---thanks for being a great Coach.
