By Abby Huber

The girls race at Lebanon Valley College this past weekend was won by Central York. Central York girls scored 58 points to the second place team's 81 points. The girls were led by Kendall Smith who was third overall individually.

Individually, Central Dauphin East girls took the top two spots. Makenna Krebs and freshman Delaney Line ran 19:36.13 and 19:40.83 for first and second place overall. Central Dauphin East girls however did not have enough runners to receive a team score.

Other notable individual races were Milton Hershey's Tatyana Gibson who was fourth overall in 19:50.39

On the boys side, it was a tight race. The top three teams were separated by only a point. Oxford Area won, scoring 86 points overall. Central York and Palmyra were second and third, scoring 87 and 88 points respectively. Oxford Area's strength comes from their top three scoring runners who were third, fifth, and seventh individually.

Individually, Matt Carroll of Palmyra won the meet in 16:35.16. Ethan Knoebel of Southern Columbia Area beat out Oxford Area's Evan Campbell for second place.
