Paul Short Run - Girls' White Race Preview
Rebecca Snyder of Oley Valley will return to the course on Friday. On Saturday, she placed second at the Council Rock Invitational, but she'll be looking to return to the top of the podium. She claimed wins at Northampton and the PTXC9 Blue Race earlier this season.
Snyder will be favored, but West Chester East's Allyson Clarke could supply a challenge. The sophomore was eighth in the loaded Gold Race at this past weekend's PIAA Foundation Invitational.
Central Dauphin East's Makenna Krebs, Williamsport's Mary McMahon, Mercersburg's Sophia Divone, and Episcopal's Caitlin Jorgensen are also entered and could supply a challenge up front, so keep an eye out for those girls.
The team race should be close with Cornwall (NY) as the favorites. West Chester East and Exeter are among the teams that could threaten for that top spot.
