 The wind was whipping all day out at Cumberland Valley, causing most times to be slower than what the athletes expected to run. Despite the wind a few meet records fell, but most of the day involved competing rather than chasing times. Romarr Mayne, Reading, ran a meet record time of 11.09 in the 100 dash despite sustained winds of 15-20 miles per hour. Brady Gehret, Altoona, also ran a meet record time in the 200 with his 22.33 time into the wind. Gehret also won the long jump with a mark of 22-07.75.  Altoona also won the 4x100 with a time of 43.50 and set a new meet record in the 4x400 with a time of 3:22.49. Eric Espenshade, Lower Dauphin, won the javelin, throwing 177-04 into the wind. Justin Shirk, Central Dauphin, was 2nd in 173-06. Joe Beveridge, McDevitt, won the 1600 run with a time of 4:25.11 and the 3200 run with a time of 9:43.12. Gary Flythe, Central Dauphin, won the 400 dash with a time of 50.85. Mark Fuller, Cumberland Valley, won the 800 run with a time of 2:01.40. Christian Kuntz, Trinity, won the 110 hurdles with a time of 15.29 and the 300 hurdles with a time of 41.58. Cumberland Valley won the 4x800 with a time of 8:17.99.  Kalyn Fisher, Lewisburg, soloed the 800 despite the wind to a meet record time of 2:17.94. Kaylee Groff, Coatesville, set a meet record in the long jump with a mark of 17-03.00. Jenna Wargo, Lewisburg, set a meet record in the javelin despite throwing directly into the wind with a throw of 124-01. Erin Guty, Trinity, won the 100 dash in 12.98, ran on Trinity's winning 4x100 team with a time of 51.12, finished 2nd in the 200 with a time of 27.28, and finished 4th in the long jump with a leap of 16-09.75. Amanda Kuhl, Hanover, won the 200 in 27.28 and the 400 in 1:02.65. Sheena Crawley, Coatesville, won the 1600 with a time of 5:24.11. Sophia Ziemian, Lewisburg, won the 3200 with a time of 11:16.44. Conestoga won the high jump relay with a combined height of 12-2. They also won the shot put relay with a combined mark of 88-00.50. Ridley won the long jump relay with a combined mark of 39-05.50. Penncrest won the long jump relay with a mark of 33-0 and also won the javelin relay with a mark of 195-10. Springfield won the triple jump relay with a mark of 64-10.50.
