A few after after earning All American honors in the sprint medley relay at New Balance Nationals Indoor, the Penn Wood girls were back on the track ready for more.
The Patriots' quartet came away with the win in the SMR at the season-opening Upper Darby Relays in Drexel Hill on Saturday. Penn Wood ran 4:19.57 for the victory. It came on a chilly and windy day to open up the season.
