Workout Wednesday: Ayden Owens Gets Ready For Outdoors

There's not much Ayden Owens can't do.

The North Allegheny senior is a one of the top multis athletes in the nation. At New Balance Nationals Indoor last month, Owens took second in the pentathlon and then returned the next day to win the 60-meter hurdles in 7.59, a new Pennsylvania state record and the fourth fastest time ever recorded by a high schooler. He's also the reigning New Balance Nationals Outdoor champion in the decathlon.

We visited Owens and his North Allegheny teammates and coaches in Wexford, PA to check in with the star, who has some big expectations for this spring season. Owens did a hurdle workout with some practice in the pole vault and high jump mixed in.

He opens his season in a dual meet this afternoon.
