Girls 400m: Bria Barnes (Cheltenham) - 54.45
Barnes made her invitational 400 meter outdoor season debut a successful one at the Henderson Invitational. The senior and Iowa State signee dropped a PA No. 1 time of 54.45 to run away with the 400 meter win.
She peaked perfectly during indoors, running 54.04 at indoor nationals, where she placed fourth in the country. Now she is looking like she'll be a major factor for her first individual outdoor state title in the quarter mile.
