Watch Warren Run PA No. 1 in 100 Hurdles

Christina Warren had a career day at her final Pioneer Athletic Conference (PAC) Championships in Norritstown on Saturday.

The Perkiomen Valley senior put down a career best in the 100 meter hurdles, clocking a 13.54 to run away with the conference title in a new meet record time. That was also the 12th grader's fourth straight PAC title in the event. That moves her up to PA No. 1 in what has been a very competitive year in the event.

Warren's 13.54 also puts her at PA No. 6 all-time and slots her in at a current US No. 6 on the season (all-conditions).

It was a big day elsewhere for Warren, who swept the horizontal jumps. Warren won the triple jump, leaping 40-00, and then she put down a career best leap in the long jump 19-00.5. She's already PA No.1 and US No. 6 in the triple with her 41-4.5 from the Penn Relays a few weeks ago. Warren's long jump performance moves her up to PA No. 2 on the season.

Warren also added a second place finish in the 200 meters, running a PR of 25.22. Watch Warren's hurdles win above and check out links from the PAC Championships below.
