State titles are on the line in the PAISAA and each race -- girls and boys -- will certainly be very close. The independent schools have some quick returners back to the fold.

The girls' side is stacked with talent with any number of returning girls capable of capturing the individual PAISAA crown. Penn Charter goes for two straight team titles, but Friends' Central and Notre Dame will be tough. Robert DiDonato will be the one to beat on the boys' side after winning last season as a sophomore. In the team race, Germantown Friends will be challenged in its bid for its fifth straight team crown.
